Rental Policies
Deposits
A security deposit is required for all rentals to cover incidental damages. This amount is fully refundable once the equipment is returned in its original condition.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental period are eligible for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.
Damage & Repairs
Renters are responsible for basic maintenance during the rental. Significant damage or mechanical failure due to misuse will be assessed and charged at current repair rates.
ID Requirements
A valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card matching the ID are mandatory for all rental agreements. Businesses may provide a purchase order upon approval.

Our pricing is based on fixed daily, weekly, or monthly rates. Rental periods begin at the time of pick-up and are calculated in 24-hour cycles for full transparency.
Do I need special insurance for trailers and machinery?
Yes, renters must provide proof of liability insurance coverage. Alternatively, we offer an optional damage waiver for peace of mind during your project.
What are the policies regarding late equipment returns?
Equipment returned past the agreed window is subject to hourly overtime fees. Returns exceeding 4 hours past the deadline incur an extra daily charge as per the contract.
Who is responsible for maintenance during the rental?
We handle all major machinery maintenance. Customers are responsible for daily fluid checks and returning equipment in a reasonably clean condition.
Where are your designated pick-up and delivery zones?
Pick-ups are scheduled at our local yard. We also provide delivery services within our 20KM service radius for a flat fee based on distance.
