Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking equipment through RENTALL (1000176667 Ontario Inc.), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Responsibility for Equipment
You are fully responsible for the equipment from the moment it is picked up or delivered to you until it is returned and accepted by RENTALL.
​
This includes responsibility for:
-
Damage (regardless of cause)
-
Theft or loss
-
Misuse or improper operation
-
Any third party using the equipment
​
2. Rental Period & Time Enforcement
Your rental period begins and ends at the agreed times.

Time is strictly enforced
-
Late returns (over 60 minutes) will result in:
-
$100 per hour, or
-
A full additional rental day
-
Returning equipment early does not end the rental or reduce charges.

3. No Refunds & Early Returns
​
All rentals are final.
​
No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided for:
-
Early returns
-
Unused time
-
Weather conditions
-
Project delays or scheduling changes
​
Early Return Fee
If you return equipment before your scheduled end time, a $59.99 Early Return Handling Fee will apply. This reflects operational and scheduling disruption.

4. Payment & Charges
All payments must be made before equipment is released.
You authorize RENTALL to charge your card for:

Rental fees
-
Overage hours
-
Late fees
-
Cleaning, fuel, and damage charges
-
Loss of use
-
Legal or recovery costs
Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes are considered a breach of these terms.
5. Usage Limits (Operating Hours)
Included usage:
-
Daily: 8 hours
-
Weekly: 20 hours
-
Monthly: 50 hours
Additional usage is charged at $25/hour, rounded up.
Exceeding usage does not extend your rental time.
6. Equipment Use
You agree to:
-
Use equipment only for its intended purpose
-
Operate it safely and legally
-
Allow only trained and competent operators
You may NOT:
-
Sub-rent or lend the equipment
-
Use it for prohibited or unsafe activities
-
Operate outside manufacturer guidelines
7. Trailer Use (If Applicable)
If renting a trailer, you confirm:
-
Your vehicle is properly rated and equipped
-
You are legally insured
-
You will safely secure and transport all loads
You assume full responsibility for towing and road compliance.
8. Service Area Restrictions
Equipment must remain within the following service area:
-
East: Oshawa
-
West: Windsor
-
North: Barrie
-
South: St. Catharines
If equipment or trailers leave this zone, a fee of $1.50 per kilometer will apply for all distance outside the permitted area.
Strict Restriction
Equipment may NOT:
-
Leave the Province of Ontario
-
Cross into the United States
Violation may result in termination, repossession, and additional charges.
9. Equipment Condition & Damage
Equipment is provided in working condition and must be returned in the same condition (excluding normal wear).
You are responsible for:
-
All damage beyond normal wear
-
All repair and replacement costs
-
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence
Loss of Use
You are also responsible for lost rental time while equipment is being repaired, including:
-
Repair time
-
Parts delays
-
Inspection and processing time
10. Theft & Security
You must take reasonable steps to secure the equipment at all times.
Failure to do so (such as leaving keys in the machine or equipment unsecured) will be considered negligence.
In case of theft:
-
You must notify us immediately
-
A police report must be filed within 24 hours
You are responsible for full replacement value.
11. Fuel & Cleaning
Equipment must be returned:
-
With the same fuel level
-
Clean and free of excessive dirt
Charges may apply:
-
Cleaning: $80 minimum + $20/hour
-
Incorrect fuel: full repair costs
12. No Rental Interruption
Rental charges continue regardless of:
-
Mechanical issues
-
Equipment downtime
-
Weather
-
Job site delays
13. Weather Policy
Weather does not qualify for:
-
Refunds
-
Credits
-
Extensions
14. GPS Tracking
Equipment may be equipped with GPS tracking and monitoring systems.
We reserve the right to:
-
Track location
-
Monitor usage
-
Disable equipment in cases of non-payment, breach, or theft
15. Insurance
You may be required to carry liability insurance and provide proof before equipment is released.
16. Risk & Liability
You assume all risk associated with:
-
Use of equipment
-
Transport
-
Job site conditions
You agree to indemnify and hold RENTALL harmless from any claims or damages.
17. Default & Recovery
If you breach these terms, we may:
-
Terminate your rental
-
Repossess equipment without notice
-
Charge all outstanding amounts and recovery costs
18. Identity & Fraud
You confirm that all information provided is accurate.
Providing false or misleading information is considered fraud and will result in immediate termination of your rental.
19. Agreement
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these terms
-
You agree to be legally bound by them
RENTALL (1000176667 Ontario Inc.) reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
