A one-day rental is based on a 24-hour rental period from your scheduled pickup time.

What happens if I return the trailer late?

Trailers must be returned at the agreed return time. Late returns are subject to a $20 per hour late fee and may affect another customer's reservation.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A $500 temporary pre-authorization hold is placed on your credit card when you pick up the trailer.This is not a charge. Once the trailer is returned and inspected, the hold is released. Your bank may take a few business days to make the funds available again.

Can I pay the security deposit with cash or debit?

No. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit/pre-authorization.

What size hitch ball do I need?

Do I need trailer brakes?

Depending on the trailer and weight being towed, your vehicle may require a functioning trailer brake controller. It is the renter's responsibility to make sure their towing vehicle is properly equipped.

How do I know if my vehicle can tow the trailer?

You are responsible for confirming your vehicle's towing capacity before renting. Remember to account for the weight of the trailer plus the weight of anything you load onto it.If you're unsure, send us your vehicle year, make and model along with what you're planning to haul.

Can I use any vehicle to tow your trailers?

No. Your vehicle must have the proper towing capacity, hitch, electrical connection, and any required brake controller for the trailer being rented.

Can someone else pick up the trailer for me?

The person picking up and towing the trailer must meet our rental requirements and provide the required identification, insurance, and payment information.

Can I take the trailer outside Ontario?

No. Our trailers cannot be taken outside Ontario or across the U.S. border.

Our standard service area extends approximately east to Oshawa, west to Windsor, north to Barrie, and south to St. Catharines.Travel outside the approved service area must be authorized in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

What happens if I book a trailer and don't show up?

A $49.99 no-show fee applies to reservations that are booked but not picked up. In some cases the full rental fee may apply.

Yes, but please contact us first. An early return may be subject to a $59.99 operational disruption fee, depending on the circumstances.

Do I get a refund if I return the trailer early?

Rental charges are based on the booked rental period. Returning a trailer early does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Does the trailer have to be returned clean?

Yes. Please return the trailer in the same clean condition in which you received it. Excessive dirt, mud, debris, garbage, concrete, asphalt, or other material may result in additional cleaning charges.

What happens if I damage the trailer?

The renter is responsible for damage occurring during the rental period. Please report any damage or problems to us immediately.The trailer will be inspected when returned, and repair costs may be charged according to the rental agreement.
