Yes. Pickup and return are by appointment only. We meet customers at the yard at their selected pickup and return times.
A one-day rental is based on a 24-hour rental period from your scheduled pickup time.
Trailers must be returned at the agreed return time. Late returns are subject to a $20 per hour late fee and may affect another customer's reservation.
Yes. A $500 temporary pre-authorization hold is placed on your credit card when you pick up the trailer.This is not a charge. Once the trailer is returned and inspected, the hold is released. Your bank may take a few business days to make the funds available again.
No. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit/pre-authorization.
Most of our larger trailers require a 2-5/16" ball. Requirements vary by trailer, so please check the trailer listing before pickup.Don't have the correct hitch? Ask us about hitch rentals.
Hitches may be available to rent as an add-on. Please add one to your reservation if needed.
Depending on the trailer and weight being towed, your vehicle may require a functioning trailer brake controller. It is the renter's responsibility to make sure their towing vehicle is properly equipped.
You are responsible for confirming your vehicle's towing capacity before renting. Remember to account for the weight of the trailer plus the weight of anything you load onto it.If you're unsure, send us your vehicle year, make and model along with what you're planning to haul.
No. Your vehicle must have the proper towing capacity, hitch, electrical connection, and any required brake controller for the trailer being rented.
The person picking up and towing the trailer must meet our rental requirements and provide the required identification, insurance, and payment information.
No. Our trailers cannot be taken outside Ontario or across the U.S. border.
Our standard service area extends approximately east to Oshawa, west to Windsor, north to Barrie, and south to St. Catharines.Travel outside the approved service area must be authorized in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
No. Our trailers are not permitted to cross into the United States.
A $49.99 no-show fee applies to reservations that are booked but not picked up. In some cases the full rental fee may apply.
Yes, but please contact us first. An early return may be subject to a $59.99 operational disruption fee, depending on the circumstances.
Rental charges are based on the booked rental period. Returning a trailer early does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Yes. Please return the trailer in the same clean condition in which you received it. Excessive dirt, mud, debris, garbage, concrete, asphalt, or other material may result in additional cleaning charges.
The renter is responsible for damage occurring during the rental period. Please report any damage or problems to us immediately.The trailer will be inspected when returned, and repair costs may be charged according to the rental agreement.

No. The trailer must never be loaded beyond its rated capacity. The renter is responsible for properly loading, balancing, and securing all cargo.
Straps, chains, binders, and vehicle tie-down kits may be available to rent depending on the trailer.
Yes. The renter is fully responsible for safely loading and securing all equipment, vehicles, materials, or cargo being transported.
Yes, we have trailers designed for vehicle transportation. Please make sure the vehicle being transported falls within the trailer's weight and size limits.Car-hauling strap kits may also be available.
Yes. We offer multi-day, weekly, and longer-term rentals depending on the trailer and availability.
Possibly. Contact us before your scheduled return time. Extensions depend on whether another customer has already reserved the trailer.Please do not assume the trailer is available for an extension.
Late fees may apply, and unauthorized extensions can interfere with another customer's reservation. Always contact us before your scheduled return time if you need additional time.
Yes. We recommend walking around the trailer with our team and confirming its condition before departure. Any existing damage should be identified before you leave the yard.
Yes. All renters must agree to RENTALL Equipment's rental terms and conditions before taking possession of the trailer.
